By accessing or using the Jasno platform at jasno.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jasno is a generative engine optimisation (GEO) platform that tracks brand visibility in AI-generated search responses, analyses Google Search Console data, and provides content recommendations. The Service is currently in beta.

3. Beta Access

During the beta period, access to Jasno is by invitation only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Beta features may be incomplete or subject to change.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You may not share your account with others or use the Service on behalf of a third party without authorisation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to monitor or analyse websites you do not own or have permission to analyse.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our express written consent.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (e.g. brand names, URLs, prompts). By using the Service, you grant Jasno a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Google (Search Console), OpenAI, and Perplexity. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and policies. Jasno is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Jasno platform, including its design, software, and content, belongs to Jasno. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand names.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us to delete your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
