Jasno ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard data when you use the Jasno platform at jasno.ai.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, and company details provided on sign-up.
  • Project data: website URLs, brand names, topics, and prompts you configure within the platform.
  • Analysis results: AI-generated responses and associated metrics collected through your analysis runs.
  • Google Search Console data: query and performance data (queries, clicks, impressions, CTR, average position, and landing pages) for the single GSC property you select, accessed via OAuth with your explicit authorisation.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) data: sessions, users, engagement metrics, conversions, and landing pages for the single GA4 property you select. We filter this data to traffic referred from AI platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot) so we can show you how AI search drives visits to your site. Accessed via OAuth with your explicit authorisation.
  • Usage data: log data, browser type, IP address, and pages visited for platform improvement purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Jasno platform.
  • To run AI search visibility analyses on your behalf.
  • To generate content recommendations and reports.
  • To send service-related communications (e.g. analysis completion notifications).
  • To respond to support enquiries.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Perplexity) solely to process your analysis prompts.
  • Infrastructure providers necessary to operate the platform.
  • Legal authorities where required by applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@jasno.ai.

6. Google API Services

Jasno integrates with Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4) via Google APIs. Our use of information received from these Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, when you connect a Google account to Jasno we request the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly - read-only access to Google Search Console performance data for the property you choose, so Jasno can display search query and click data inside your dashboard.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly - read-only access to Google Analytics (GA4) reports for the property you choose, so Jasno can display sessions, users, engagement and conversions for traffic referred from AI platforms.

We affirm that Google user data obtained through these APIs is:

  • Only accessed with your explicit OAuth consent.
  • Used solely to display analytics back to the authorising user inside the Jasno platform.
  • Never sold to any third party.
  • Never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • Never used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop generalised AI or machine-learning models.
  • Removed when you disconnect the integration or delete your Jasno account.

7. Revoking Access to Google Data

You can revoke Jasno's access to your Google data at any time. Inside Jasno, click Disconnect on the relevant integration in the Integrations section of the sidebar - this immediately deletes the stored OAuth tokens and stops any further data access. You can also revoke access directly from your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@jasno.ai to exercise these rights.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
